Not a non-profit/charitable organization

Searches at the Maryland Charities Database and Guidestar BOTH elicited ZERO RESULTS. So, if they’re soliciting “donations” it could be unlawful.

SDAT Information

—Abiding Word Family Christian Center
2075 Marshall Hall Road
Bryans Road, MD 20616

According to SDAT the building is owned by Robert S and Nancy J Speake, P.O. Box 185, Bryans Road, MD.

The structure was built in 1948 and is valued at $356,800.00

The center’s website states that this will be a GRAND OPENING to “celebrate” and “inaugurate our new church building” – “Lots of food! and live music!!”

There is NO mention of it being a fundraiser. (????)

Phone numbers given are Maryland, DC and Virginia area codes: 571-505-5167, 703-946-1580, 202-251-1010, 301-520-4445, 202-415-6861

Why are there VA & DC phone numbers listed? Who else is involved?

Suffice it to say, I will continue to “monitor” this organization….

Abiding Word Family Christian Center

Pastors Kayode and Ola Peter are now at the Abiding Word Family Christian Center in Bryans Road, MD . They will be holding a fundraiser on June 3rd at 2:00 p.m. I wonder if they’re trying to raise money to purchase land for the now defunct National Prayer Garden? We will be watching….

‘NPG”s land” for sale!!

The 340 acres that NPG wanted to purchase (but never did) is AGAIN FOR SALE! The asking price is $2M and Baldus is the realtor.

We must remain vigilant in the event any member of NPG’s “Dream Team” buys it in order to resurrect NPG’s plans in the future!!!

“Pastor” Kayode Peter is a Muslim

According to Spokeo people search, Kayode Peter and his wife, Ola, are Muslims, yet they both tried to portray themselves as Christian. Not that this makes any difference regarding the Prayer Garden, but it IS another example of the lies that were told by the entire organization, STARTING WITH THE “PASTOR” HIMSELF!!

IS THE “PRAYER GARDEN” BLOG DEAD?

The NPG blog hasn’t had any new posts for over a month and is no longer on Facebook!! Are they folding or reorganizing?

At what point do we call this criminal? WSG – NPG ?

Back room deals,  sham hearings, “missing” evidence, fake permits, planning department blessings to blatant illegal propositions.   The hush hush of being.. “in the know”..  that citizens aren’t privy to?  What the HELL is going on in Charles County?

First, the Washington Security Group Scam in Nanjemoy, now the National Prayer Garden venture in Welcome….  WHERE and WHEN will it stop?!  Well – It Stops NOW. Information is the best weapon.

There is a NEW group of County Commissioners, and I am sure they will do their best, but in fact, they are powerless.   The powers that be, seem to rule above, and beyond the reach of our elected COUNTY “officials”. I like to call them servants, since they were elected to “serve”.

It’s time to WAKE UP the people, and get pissed off a little.

This is YOUR  Water, this is YOUR Homeland – DO NOT be silenced or marginalized. Speak Truth to Power.   It will shock you how easy it is.

“Roger’s” updated Guidestar review

The National Prayer Garden is nothing more than a BLOG and LEGALLY CANNOT solicit or accept ANY charitable donations via its BLOG!

The National Prayer Garden lists its “physical address” as Welcome MD – BUT the “prayer garden” organization does NOT OWN ANY PROPERTY IN WELCOME!

It only has a P.O. Box — WHO is paying the P.O. BOX rental fee?

DON’T BE MISLED BY THOSE AT THE BLOG WHO MAY GIVE THE IMPRESSION THAT THERE ACTUALLY IS, OR WILL BE, A “PRAYER GARDEN”!

THERE IS NOTHING THERE – IT’S A PIECE OF LAND THAT WAS USED FOR GRAVEL EXTRACTION FOR OVER 20 YEARS!!

~~ WHY IS NPG STILL A TAX-EXEMPT 501(c)(3) with the IRS?

—-Shouldn’t the IRS be informed that the NPG consists of nothing more than a BLOG???

~~ ~Were any “donations” used to help Edak Eyo and “Pastor” Kayode Peter purchase their $699K house at 6380 Mason Springs Road in Charles County, Maryland? (Maryland Tax Assessment)

~~~Is it possible these funds were provided by “corporate interests” such as:
- Construction Resolutions (owned by NPG’s Project Manager, Bill Murray)
- Cleaners of America (owned by NPG’s Elder Paul Mederos and Sister Angela Mederos)
- The Faux Group (owned by NPG’s Land Planner – Patricia Faux)
- Jim Whitehead (NPG’s Civil Engineer) of ATCS PLC
- Kenneth Copeland Ministries
~~~ Is it possible that NIGERIAN interests/investors are involved??

~~~ IF NPG is still planning to construct its RESORT COMPLEX (under the guise of “religion” ) in the future, NPG would have:
- – to purchase the land (currently priced at OVER $1.5M),
– get the ZONING CHANGED from the current Agriculture zoning,
–request COUNTY & STATE PUBLIC HEARINGS,
– obtain the necessary permits from the STATE AND COUNTY,
–UPGRADE the State and County ROADS (MD Rt. 6 & Gunston Road) leading to the location,
–install a sewage treatment plant AND MAINTAIN IT to prevent sewage overflows, AND in the event of a sewage overflow, NPG would be held legally responsible for cleaning up the Nanjemoy Creek.
~~ NPG would ALSO be required to obtain a STATE PERMIT for WATER withdrawals, AND establish an “escrow” account to pay for new wells for residents with private wells in the area who may experience water supply difficulties/shortages because of the THOUSANDS OF GALLONS of groundwater the RESORT COMPLEX would withdraw DAILY for the hotel, lazy river and golf course!!
~~~WHERE WOULD NPG OBTAIN THE MONEY, NOT ONLY TO BUY THE LAND AND BUILD THE RESORT AND UPGRADE THE ROADS LEADING TO IT– BUT WHERE WOULD IT OBTAIN THE MONEY TO MAINTAIN THE FACILITY, INCLUDING THE SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT?

~~~ Operating as a “religious” 501(c)(3) organization (which is HIGHLY questionable), does NOT EXEMPT IT FROM UPGRADING THE ROADS, OBTAINING THE NECESSARY STATE AND COUNTY PERMITS, OR FROM ADHERING TO STATE AND LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATIONS!!
Ask yourself, does this sound as though it would be an innocent “prayer garden” OR a resort complex that would financially benefit a few interested “investors”??
ISN’T IT INTERESTING THAT NO ONE FROM THE NATIONAL PRAYER GARDEN ORGANIZATION WILL ADDRESS/ANSWER ANY OF THE QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS RAISED HERE?
DOES THE NPG ORGANIZATION HAVE SOMETHING TO HIDE?
